These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DJ Kenny Kash website and booking services. By submitting a booking request, inquiry, or engaging DJ Kenny Kash (“we,” “our,” “us”) for services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
DJ Kenny Kash provides professional DJ services for weddings, private parties, corporate events, clubs, and tailgate events throughout Central Florida and beyond. Specific services, event requirements, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before confirmation of any booking.
2. Bookings & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your event date. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in cases where DJ Kenny Kash must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
- An event date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
3. Payments
- Payment terms (including deposit, balance due date, and method of payment) will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
- Full payment is required by the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Client cancellations must be submitted in writing (email).
- Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, additional fees may apply.
- Rescheduling may be accommodated if the new date is available. Deposits may be applied to the rescheduled date at our discretion.
5. Event Requirements
- The client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate venue, including power sources and sufficient space for setup.
- Any additional requirements (e.g., lighting, special equipment) must be agreed upon in advance.
6. Liability
- We will not be held responsible for interruptions caused by venue power outages, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- The client is responsible for any damages to DJ equipment caused by guests, staff, or attendees.
7. Use of Media
- By booking DJ Kenny Kash, you grant permission for photos, video, or audio recordings from your event to be used in marketing and promotional materials, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the total fees paid for the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking will apply to your agreement.
